Europrivacy

Europrivacy is an innovative certification scheme and methodology that enables to check the legal conformity of data processing activities and to deliver formal certifications under Art. 42 GDPR. Europrivacy criteria have been formally approved by the European Data Protection Board to serve as official European Data Protection Seal. Europrivacy allows to reduce risks, to demonstrate and value compliance, and to build trust. Europrivacy certificates are formally recognised by data protection authorities of 30 countries: all EU and EEA Member States.
Europrivacy is supported by online resources and a global ecosystem of qualified partners, including the largest certification bodies, law firms, consulting firms, and solution providers. Europrivacy is continuously maintained by the European Centre for Certification and Privacy (ECCP) in Luxembourg and supervised by an International Board of Experts.
